PORTABLE WATER FILTERS
Calcutta Chowrenghee has embarked upon a mission of supplying Portable Water Filters to as many underprivileged beneficiaries as possible. They have started with 500 water filters but would like to do much more if they get the assistance from more Rotary Clubs who can either join us in this venture or take it as a Project.

LEGS FOR THE LEGLESS
Calcutta Metropolitan has been providing artificial legs to legless persons in Calcutta since 1985. The project has been expanded and they are now assisting beneficiaries in R I Dist 3290 (including Nepal) with artificial legs and calipers for polio victims. In fact, they are targeting that with this project Kolkata should be free of any person walking on crutches.
